Orestes is in Monroe Township, Madison County, Indiana. Conveniently located within a short distance to several significant and historical communities, Orestes, itself founded 1876, is a family centered community. Located on SR 28 in Northern Madison County, Orestes is also the home of the internationally known, Red Gold Foods.
